auto_awesome ADAPT® Learning Program · Powered by The Helix Group

The learning program that actually changes how organizations work.

25 learning paths. Cohort-based, immersive, and built around real organizational experiments. Not a certification. Not a video course. Something that actually works.

Trusted by practitioners at Wells Fargo Concord Servicing Kobumura LLC

A capability builder.
Not a consulting vendor.

Most transformation learning programs are one of two things: expensive bespoke consulting that creates dependency, or generic online courses that produce certificates without change. ADAPT sits in the white space between them.

Three things that make ADAPT different from every other learning program.

01
Cohort-based, not solo
Practitioners learn alongside peers — working through real organizational problems together, building the shared language and judgment that no solo certification can teach.
02
Quests, not assignments
After each module, every participant designs and runs a real experiment in their sphere of influence. The results are posted to the Quest Board — making organizational change visible.
03
AI as co-facilitator
Claude is embedded in every module as the AI Learning Coach, the AI Facilitator Assistant, and the Quest Advisor. Not content generation — active facilitation of your specific organizational context.

Every transformation capability. One program.

Organized into six clusters. Start where you need to. The AI Path Selector will identify the right starting points for your role and organization.

The feature no other learning
program has.

No other learning program asks participants to run structured real-world experiments and make the results visible to their organization. This is not a "reflection journal." Quests generate organizational proof that learning is happening.

How Quests work
After each module, you design and run a real experiment.

A Quest is the smallest possible action that tests a concept from the module in your actual organizational context. You write down your assumptions before you run it. Then you report what actually happened — including what surprised you.

Step 1
Design the Quest
What are you going to try? What do you expect to find? The AI Quest Advisor reviews your design and asks "have you considered…" questions.
Step 2
Run it
In your own organization, in your own sphere of influence. No permission required. No consultant needed. Just you and the experiment.
Step 3
Post to the Quest Board
What happened? What surprised you? Other cohort members can build on your Quest. The Journey Board makes all Quest activity visible to leadership.
"I attended the ADAPT sessions while working as an Agile Transformation Coach at Wells Fargo Bank. The sessions were informative and are an eye opening on how to run a successful Agile Transformation."
Inez Eldewek · Wells Fargo Bank

AI as co-facilitator,
not content generator.

Most AI in learning tools is used to generate content — summaries, quizzes, descriptions. ADAPT's AI is used to facilitate: to ask better questions, to surface patterns across Quests, to help facilitators run better sessions. That is a meaningfully different use of AI that produces meaningfully different outcomes.

Common questions.

Do I need to be in an active transformation to participate? add
You need to have organizational context — you must be inside an organization, managing a team, or working with a client organization — because the Quests require running real experiments in a real workplace. You do not need to be in a formal transformation initiative. Some of the best Quest results come from practitioners who are building the case for transformation before it officially starts.
What is the time commitment per module? add
Each module is built around two 90-minute cohort sessions — a reading discussion session and an activity or exercise session. Pre-reading before each session takes about 30-45 minutes. Designing and running a Quest takes another 30-60 minutes spread across the module period. Total per module: approximately 4-5 hours.
Do I need a cohort, or can I go through this solo? add
Solo Learners can go through any path independently. The content, AI Learning Coach, and Quests are all fully functional for solo use. However, the program is genuinely better in a cohort — the moderator questions, the activity exercises, and the Quest Board are designed for collective learning. If you're a solo learner, the AI Learning Coach is designed to partially replicate the cohort dynamic.
What is the difference between the Facilitator License and the Corporate License? add
The Facilitator License is for independent practitioners who want to run ADAPT with their own clients or teams. The Corporate License is for organizations who want to deploy ADAPT internally at scale — with the Journey Board for executive visibility, the Quest Board for organization-wide Quest activity, and admin analytics for tracking program performance across multiple cohorts.
Is there a free trial? add
Yes. The first module of the Leadership path is free — no credit card required. A 7-day free trial of the full Solo Learner tier is also available. For Corporate licenses, we offer a facilitated 30-minute conversation with a Helix partner to identify the right entry point before any purchase.
What happens if I don't complete a module or miss sessions? add
Nothing locks out — all content remains accessible. The AI Quest Nudge System will check in with you at specific intervals if you haven't posted a Quest for the current module. There are no penalties for going at your own pace, but the program is designed around regular progression and the Quests lose some of their value if they sit too long after the module content.

25 paths. One method.
Capability that actually transfers.

Not sure where to start? The AI Path Selector will identify the right starting points in under 10 minutes. First module is on us.
