ADAPT Intelligence is the third layer of the ADAPT Platform. It watches what's happening across your organization's learning activity, tool outputs, and Quest results — and surfaces what it means. No dashboards to check. No reports to run. The intelligence comes to you.
Included with Facilitator and Corporate tiers.
By the time a practitioner completes a set of modules and runs a few Toolkit tools, the platform knows a great deal about where their organization is — what the culture survey found, what the Quest experiments surfaced, where the diagnostic scores cluster, what the capability gaps are. ADAPT Intelligence exists to read all of that together and tell you what it means before you have to ask.
"ADAPT Intelligence surfaces what the rest of the platform knows about your organization — automatically, before the next session, before the next decision."
Every module completed, every tool result saved, every Quest submitted — the Intelligence layer reads all of it, across all cohorts and all tools.
Not every data point matters. The signal monitor identifies the patterns that are worth a facilitator's attention — and ignores the rest.
Weekly digests arrive Monday morning. Facilitator briefs arrive before each session. No setup required after the initial configuration.
Intelligence agents in ADAPT are not general-purpose assistants you query. Each one monitors a specific set of signals and delivers a specific output — on a schedule or automatically when a pattern threshold is crossed.
Continuously monitors activity across all platform tools — learning modules, Toolkit results, Quest submissions, diagnostic scores — and fires when a pattern emerges that is worth a facilitator or administrator's attention. It does not fire on individual data points. It fires on patterns across multiple inputs.
Signal types include: cohort engagement drops, diagnostic score tensions (where two tools produce contradictory signals about the same capability), Quest completion anomalies, and tool usage patterns that suggest a facilitator intervention would be valuable.
Every Monday morning, a synthesized digest is generated and delivered — no login required, no report to pull. It covers the past week's learning activity across all your cohorts: modules completed, Quests submitted, tool sessions run, diagnostic scores submitted, and any signals the Signal Monitor raised during the week.
The digest is written in plain language, not as a data table. It surfaces the two or three things that most need attention from the facilitator or administrator in the coming week — and explains why.
Twenty-four hours before each scheduled cohort session, the Facilitator Intelligence Brief is generated and delivered to the facilitator. It synthesizes what the cohort has done since the last session: which modules have been completed, which Quests have been submitted (and what they found), which diagnostic scores have been submitted, and whether any tool results have been saved that are relevant to the upcoming module.
Crucially, it tells the facilitator what to pay attention to in the session — where the cohort is aligned, where there are interesting tensions in what different members found, and which Quest results are most worth surfacing in the group discussion.
An on-demand analysis that aggregates activity across all cohorts within an organization and surfaces org-wide capability patterns. Available to Corporate tier administrators. Unlike the weekly digest (which covers activity) or the facilitator brief (which covers one cohort), the Cohort Analyzer reads across the entire organization's platform history and identifies structural patterns: where capability is building, where it is stalling, which capability clusters are most active, and where diagnostic scores suggest systemic gaps rather than individual ones.
The analysis is designed to give an L&D leader or Chief of Staff a single integrated view before a leadership review, a board presentation, or an annual capability planning cycle.
ADAPT Intelligence doesn't require additional data entry or a separate workflow. It reads the activity generated by the other two layers — learning and toolkit — and synthesizes it automatically. The more your organization uses the platform, the more useful the intelligence becomes.
Every module completed, every diagnostic submitted, every tool result saved, every Quest posted — all of it feeds the Intelligence layer automatically. There's nothing to configure beyond your initial setup.
The diagnostic scores are saved to the learner's profile. The Signal Monitor checks whether the score creates a tension with any other tool result from the same learner or cohort.
The saved result is added to the learner's platform data. The Signal Monitor checks whether it confirms or contradicts patterns from learning activity or other tool results.
The Quest result is visible on the Quest Board and added to the cohort's data. The Facilitator Brief generator notes it for inclusion in the pre-session brief.
Monday morning the Weekly Digest arrives. Twenty-four hours before the next session the Facilitator Brief arrives. When a pattern crosses a threshold, the Signal Monitor fires. The Corporate Cohort Analyzer is available on demand at any point.
The intelligence has already done the synthesis. The facilitator goes into the session knowing what to pay attention to. Leadership sees the org-wide pattern, not a collection of individual completion rates.
Intelligence agents are included with Facilitator and Corporate tiers. Solo learners have access to their own learning and tool activity through their personal dashboard.
Learning and tools produce value on their own. But without the Intelligence layer, each session ends and the knowledge it generated stays with the individual. Intelligence captures it, synthesizes it, and puts it in front of the people who can act on it.
Every module completed, every diagnostic submitted, every Quest posted feeds the Intelligence layer. The agents know what your cohorts are learning, how they're scoring, and what their real-world experiments are finding.
Every tool result saved in the Toolkit is available to the Intelligence layer. When a culture survey result contradicts a readiness diagnostic score, the Signal Monitor catches it and flags it — before the next session, not after.
The Facilitator Intelligence Brief and Weekly Digest put the synthesis directly in the facilitator's hands before they need it. Not a data export they have to analyze. A brief they can read in three minutes and act on immediately.
The Corporate Cohort Analyzer gives L&D leaders and HR leaders the org-wide view they need for capability planning, board reporting, and investment decisions — without requiring them to pull individual cohort reports and synthesize them manually.
No separate licence, no add-on fee. ADAPT Intelligence comes with the tier — because the platform is most valuable when all three layers work together.
Facilitator and Corporate tiers include all four Intelligence agents.
