The Helix Group LLC — Partners

People who have done the work — and know what it actually takes.

Our team is made up of coaches, practitioners, and leaders who have over 100 years of combined experience. The team has built expertise across Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, Organizational Behavior, Agile, DevOps, Higher Education, and enterprise-scale transformation — spanning industries from banking and healthcare to retail and technology.

What brought us together was a shared frustration with capability theater: organizations spending enormous energy on transformation programs that produce temporary compliance rather than durable change. The Helix Group exists because we believe the gap between strategic ambition and operational reality is always a capability problem — and capability problems are solvable.

What brought us together

A shared frustration — and a better answer.

Every member of The Helix Group has sat inside organizations that invested heavily in transformation and received little in return. Not because the people weren’t talented or the intentions weren’t genuine — but because the programs were designed to produce activity rather than capability.

We founded The Helix Group because we believe the gap between strategic ambition and organizational reality is always a capability problem, and capability problems are always solvable when you measure the right things, build the right structures, and give people the space to actually change — rather than just comply.
