Solo Learner has a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to all 25 paths and 137+ modules. The Facilitator tier does not have a self-serve trial, but the onboarding call includes a complete walkthrough of the facilitator dashboard, AI tools, and session materials. Corporate tiers start with a scoping conversation, not a purchase commitment.

Solo gives you full access to all 25 paths, the AI Learning Coach, and your personal Quest Board and Journey Board — everything you need to develop your own capability. Facilitator adds the tools and materials for running ADAPT learning experiences for others: full session packs, moderator question banks, the AI Facilitator Assistant, the AI Discussion Prompt Generator, and the Cohort Quest Board for managing cohort progress. There is no per-cohort or per-participant charge on the Facilitator tier.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time from the account settings. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your current billing period.

Annual plans are billed once per year and carry a significant saving over monthly billing — 32% on Solo, 24% on Facilitator, and approximately 17% on Corporate tiers. You can switch from monthly to annual at any renewal date. There are no refunds for unused months on annual plans.

Yes. Both Corporate tiers include the full facilitator materials and AI Facilitator tools. If you have L&D practitioners or internal coaches who can run cohort sessions, they can deliver ADAPT using the included facilitator stack. No separate Facilitator subscription is required.

Corporate Scale supports SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0 integration with your existing identity provider — Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and others. Practitioners log in using their existing organizational credentials. SSO configuration is handled during onboarding with your IT team.

White-label on Corporate Scale replaces Helix Group branding in the platform with your organization's brand identity — your logo, colors, and program name. The content, AI tools, and Quest system remain the same; only the visual identity changes. White-label is configured during onboarding.

No minimum contract on Solo and Facilitator tiers — cancel anytime. Corporate tiers are available on monthly or annual plans with no minimum cohort commitment. You pay for the license, not for how many cohorts you run. Enterprise contracts (500+ people) have flexible terms discussed during the scoping conversation.

If you cancel a Solo or Facilitator subscription, your Quest Board data, progress records, and Journey Board history are retained for 90 days. You can export your data at any time from your account settings. For Corporate tiers, data retention and export terms are included in the service agreement.
