Enterprise capability
at organizational scale.

Purpose-built for L&D directors, CHROs, and transformation leads who need to build capability across teams, functions, or the entire organization — not manage individual subscriptions.

report_problemThe problem

Most enterprise L&D investment
doesn't compound.

Training programs train individuals. They rarely build the shared language, capability infrastructure, or measurement architecture that produces organizational-level results. ADAPT is designed differently — to compound capability across cohorts and over time, not just certificate individuals.

closeSiloed capability investment

Training goes to individuals. When they leave or change roles, the capability goes with them. No infrastructure remains. ADAPT builds capability at the team and cohort level — not just the individual.

closeNo shared language across teams

Different functions adopt different frameworks from different vendors. The result is a vocabulary problem that compounds into an execution problem. ADAPT gives every cohort the same method — the content adapts, the method doesn't.

closeNo measurement beyond completion

Most enterprise learning is measured by completion rate and NPS. Neither tells you whether anything changed in how people work. ADAPT's diagnostic system and Quest outcomes provide behavioral evidence of capability change.

closePrograms that evaporate

Most transformation programs look successful at 12 months and show no trace at 24. ADAPT's Quest system, Journey Board, and cohort architecture are designed specifically to prevent the reversion that typical programs treat as inevitable.

leaderboardJourney Board

The executive view of capability
across your organization.

The Journey Board is the organizational-level view that individual subscriptions cannot provide. It gives L&D directors, CHROs, and transformation sponsors a live picture of capability development across every cohort, function, and path — without requiring a data team to build it.

paymentsCorporate tiers

Two corporate tiers.
One integrated system.

Both tiers include everything in the Facilitator tier plus the Journey Board, cohort management, and dedicated Helix support. The difference is scale and configuration.

calculateROI calculator

Estimate the value of
capability at scale.

Capability investment is hard to quantify. This calculator estimates the potential return based on team size, path count, and average practitioner cost — as a starting point for the internal conversation, not a precise forecast.

casesUse cases

Three ways organizations
deploy ADAPT.

Transformation program

Capability-first transformation

Organizations deploying ADAPT before or alongside a major transformation program — using it to build the capability required for the change before execution begins, not during it.

Leadership development

Leadership cohort program

L&D teams replacing generic leadership development with ADAPT's Leadership cluster — running cohorts through Leadership, Coaching, Adaptive Leadership, and Communication paths as an integrated capability system rather than four separate programs.

Agile scaling

Agile capability at scale

Organizations that have adopted Agile frameworks but found framework adoption insufficient — using ADAPT's Agile & DevOps cluster to build the practitioner capability and shared language that frameworks require but don't provide.

OrganizationFAQ.

The 30-minute scoping conversation is designed to understand your deployment context: the number of practitioners, the capability gaps you are trying to close, which paths are most relevant, whether you have internal facilitators or need external delivery support, and which tier is the right fit. It is not a sales pitch — it is a configuration conversation. You will leave with a clear picture of what a deployment looks like for your organization.
Yes. Corporate tiers include access to all facilitator materials and AI Facilitator tools. If you have L&D practitioners or internal coaches who can run cohort sessions, they can deliver ADAPT using the materials and tools included in the corporate license. The Helix team is available for support and quality assurance, not required for delivery.
The Corporate Scale tier supports SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0 integration with your existing identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and others). Practitioners log in using their existing organizational credentials — no separate ADAPT account management required. SSO configuration is handled during the onboarding process with your IT team.
Yes, on the Corporate Scale tier. The white-label option replaces the Helix Group branding in the platform with your organization's brand identity — your logo, colors, and program name. This is configured during onboarding. The content and AI tools remain the same; only the visual identity changes.
Both corporate tiers are available on monthly or annual plans. Annual plans carry a significant discount (approximately 17% on both tiers). There is no minimum cohort commitment — you pay for the licence, not for how many cohorts you run.
API access on the Corporate Scale tier allows integration with your existing LMS or HRIS for user provisioning, progress data, and completion reporting. The API documentation is provided during onboarding. For Corporate Starter, integration is manual — CSV exports of completion and diagnostic data are available for import into your existing systems.
