Our team is made up of coaches, practitioners, and leaders, who have over 100 years of experience combined. The team has experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, DevOps, Higher Education and Transformations and has worked across a vast swath of industries from banking to health care.

What brought us together was a shared frustration in working with organizations and individuals who refuse to step back and reflect on the fact that the way they are trying to run transformations is simply not working. We have watched the Agile, DevOps and Digital communities try to run their traditional playbooks with organizations over and over with the same results, failure!

There are a number of reasons these transformations are failing, but a main source of this failure is that the practitioners trying to run the transformations simply do not have all of the required skills needed to succeed. Together our team is trying to change this one practitioner at a time, through our ADOPT program.
