The Helix Group is proud to offer the ADAPT program. The ADAPT program allows individuals and organizations to tackle transformations in a systematic fashion. ADAPT accomplishes this through immersive, outcome-based learning, leveraging cohort learning. We offer three ADAPT Pathways for individuals and organizations to purchase the ADAPT program.

The ADAPT Individual Learning Path is perfect for practitioners who are looking to upgrade their skills, use ADAPT in their organization or coaches looking to expand their offerings. The ADAPT individual learning path includes the following:

• Facilitator course for each module in the learning path purchased.
• ADAPT facilitator guide.
• Mock ADAPT session videos.
• Mural template for each module in the purchased learning path.
• Mural template includes the readings, moderator questions and templated exercises for each module.
• Journey and Quest board instructions.

The ADAPT Cohort Group Learning Path is perfect for practitioners who are looking to experience immersive outcome-based learning directly from experienced facilitators. Practitioners may prefer this type of learning for a number of reasons, such as not being experienced with back of the room immersive learning techniques, ability to delve deeper into the subjects, learn from peers and simply experience this type of learning. The cohort group learning path includes the following:

• Facilitator course for each module in the learning path purchased.
• ADAPT facilitator guide.
• Mock ADAPT session videos.
• Mural template for each module in the purchased learning path.
• Mural template includes the readings, moderator questions and templated exercises for each module.
• Journey and Quest board instructions.
• Two one-hour sessions each week for each module.
• Facilitator support.

The ADAPT Organization Learning Path is perfect for organizations who are looking to drive their own transformation without having to bring in an army of coaches or consultants. In this learning path we work with the organization to identify practitioners to go through the ADAPT program. The intent of this learning path is to bring the organization’s own people up to speed on ADAPT so that they can then propagate the program throughout the organization. The cohort group learning path includes the following:

• Facilitator course for each module in the learning path purchased.
• ADAPT facilitator guide.
• Mock ADAPT session videos.
• Mural template for each module in the purchased learning path.
• Mural template includes the readings, moderator questions and templated exercises for each module.
• Journey and Quest board instructions.
• Help to select potential cohort group participants.
• Two one-hour sessions each week for each module for each cohort group.
• One hour weekly open session for cohort participants.
