Quest Design Lab

Design, stress-test, and debrief the structured real-world experiments that follow every ADAPT module. Conversational AI guides you through five pre-experiment questions, synthesises a Quest Design document, and leads the debrief when the Quest completes. Every Quest feeds the Journey Board.

PLAIN-LANGUAGE SUMMARY
What is a Quest?

A Quest is a structured real-world experiment that tests a specific assumption about how change works in your organization.

It is not a project. It is not a task. The smallest possible Quest takes one week. It involves real people and real conditions, and produces real evidence.

A Quest that does not go as planned is not a failure. It is better data than one that confirmed what you already believed.

The five questions

1. What assumption are you testing?

2. What would success look like in 30 days?

3. Who needs to be involved?

4. What is the smallest version you could run this week?

5. What do you predict will happen?

The debrief

D1. What happened?

D2. What surprised you?

D3. What does this reveal about your organization's readiness?
