The document reads from every tool you've run. Select the specific saved outputs you want it to synthesize — or leave selectors on the default to use the most recent from each tool. The taxonomy is the only required input.
The Product Intelligence Document is a strategic briefing for your C-level transformation sponsor. It answers four questions:
Where does the transformation actually stand? Not the plan — the reality, based on evidence from every tool.
What are the most significant risks? Named specifically. Not "several products face challenges."
What decisions need executive authority? The escalations only the sponsor can resolve.
What is the single most important 30-day action? One thing, specific, from the data.
Regenerate at the start of each quarter as OKRs, roadmaps, and workforce plans are updated. The document reflects the state of your inputs at the moment of generation — it is a snapshot, not a live feed.
Up to 5 documents are saved. Previous quarters are preserved for comparison.
